assault and battery - dauntless and armsmaster are powerful, but defiant can do better than armsmaster and assault + battery is a decently strong combo the city could live without. if theyre in, that is
id suggest clockblocker and vista given they have a busted synergy but im not sure that'd be taken well for first excursion
